Update: The fix is in the repository at WordPress.org and should show up in your plugins shortly. Hopefully this fixes the path issues. The version number is 0.2.0.
I was notified recently by the WordPress team that the version of TimThumb that was bundled with Tag Gallery contained a possible security vulnerability. In order to fix the issue I updated to the latest version of TimThumb for the current Tag Gallery. Unfortunately, there is a path issue occurring for many people including myself involving the way TimThumb calculates the document root for local files. I’ll be releasing a fix for this at some point today. Stay tuned.
Also, to clear up any confusion on the version and features, this will only be a security update without the new features I’ve been working on. The new version of Tag Gallery with new features will be 0.5 and as I find time to work on it I do although I’ve not be able to for months. I’ll keep everyone informed as time allows.

Hello JOHNNY,
i love your tag-gallery plugin. But i am missing a featrue for sorting the images selectd by tag.
Is is possible that can add this feature in the near future?
Regards
Frank W.
Frank,
I’m glad to hear your enjoying the plugin. I’ve added your feature request to the list. I’m hoping to find more time to spend on the plugin in the coming months.
Thanks,
Johnny
I know only basic php and javascript. Think that you can add jquery image slider plugin in to the [tag-gallery] with the option of clickable image link. Seem to be the potential of this excellent plugin for bridging the gap people really need.
The media library of wp is wierd that it’s quite difficult to do bulk operations-except deleting; the media tag solves the problem. Then the [tag-gallery] solves Gallery problem. I think we need something like jquery image effect.
Frankly, I don’t understand on how to use the Cleaner Gallery plugin. Well I don’t know even thick/light box.
Hope that the opinion is of some benefit.
Thank for the good job.
Viravat,
Thank you for you thoughts. I will work on making the inclusion of effects libraries such as thickbox, lightbox or prettyPhoto more useful and actionable than it is currently. I certainly understand your frustration with the media library. I am hoping to find more time to finalize and test the upcoming version of TG and will try to push your request into that version. Look for the new versions to start arriving in late December.
Johnny
Johnny,
We have tried Tag Gallery 0.2.0 in 3 environments for WordPress 3.2.1. When WordPress is installed at the root level, Tag Gallery works fine.
When WordPress is installed in a subdirectory, or in a multi-user environment, the thumbnails do not work.
